Spotlight time! This month, Team Precision is highlighting Cait, one of our incredible front reception staff members. Cait is one of the first people our patients get to meet both on the phone and when they come to check in for their first appointments. Here is what she had to say:
“I come from an education background so working in medical has been a bit of a change, but a good one! I’ve been extended learning opportunities and trainings that have been invaluable. Last year I even got to go to Washington, DC for an extended weekend of learning and bonding. Working the front window, I am usually the first person our patients see and I love being able to help others everyday. Being here for over 3 years, I definitely feel like a part of the Precision Eye and Laser family!”
