I am an MD and wasn’t sure if I was going to stay local for my cataract surgery. Dr. Steinberg did an excellent job from start to finish. He thoroughly answered my extensive list of questions. On the day of surgery I was ridiculously anxious (I have always hated anything touching my eyes). He was kind and patient. My eye healed quickly and my vision is much improved. I am very glad I chose to stay local for my care. Dr Steinberg was great!

I had my eyes examined for my right eye cataract. The team immediately picked up a problem in both eyes that required relatively immediate attention. The cataract surgery in right eye would fix its problem, and a laser procedure fixed the left. I didn’t realize until after the amazing results from the cataract surgery how much I needed it also done on my left eye as well. The vision was correctable enough but the night blindness wasn’t. Apparently you don’t have to wait a long time in-between procedures. As I had a time crunch to fit in between end of summer courses and start of fall semester they graciously added me onto the schedule. I am amazed at my results. Yes I opted for the extra lenses as I needed what they offer in my life. I’m a working professor and want every option open to me. I was shown every kindness, from the staff inside the office, the surgical coordinator, the billing people (who were on top of my crazy insurance), and the people at the surgical center. I also have some wacky allergies and they were even remembered between visits. Both Dr. Steinberg and Dr. Doxi (I’ll never get her spelling correct but she’s soo nice too) were terrific. I would recommend them highly. Enough so that my husband has his appointment next week.

Initial eval of my cataracts/glaucoma excellent by Dr Steinberg and his staff. Staff helpful in taking care of work forms for my job as a nurse. Offices clean and brightly lit, latest testing equipment. Education about my testing and surgeries excellent as well as education about replacement lenses and placement of stents

My son’s eye issue plagued me, as a mom, mostly because I was unable to get an appointment to be seen by a local opthamologist. In today’s medical world where conglomerates rule and office phones are automated, it becomes more stressful to be seen and treated than to suffer w the condition itself. Expanding my search from the Danbury/New Milford area, and into Fishkill/Poughkeepsie I miraculously discovered the Fishkill Precision office. The receptionist/appointment booker immediately treated me with respect and loving care and assured me my son could be seen THAT DAY! She was so loving and kind, I wish I got her name but I did personally thank her, telling her she was literally answering a prayer with her care and attention to my son’s appointment booking. So there’s that first 5star rating earned. Call and be seen! What a rare medical business model– this office is a Fishkill treasure!! THEN my husband brought my son to the office and the outstanding service unfolded there. He encountered a state of the art office that warmly received him, a highly talented, knowledgable Dr.Doxtader, and excellent care was provided. My sons eye, already!, looks better due to the medication regimen prescribed. From the bottom of my heart, I deeply appreciate the start to finish care we were provided. Front desk/staff 5stars. Medical staff 5stars. Thank you thank you. My family will be loyal patients, as a result. What a gem in Fishkill.

Everyone is very friendly from the minute you enter. During my visit I am given step by step information on the tests and results. Questions are answered in detail. I am very happy with the care given by technicians and doctors.

I have been to Dr. David Steinberg four times. Each visit was consistently wonderful from start to finish! The office is lovely, as well as the entire staff which, were always polite and friendly, making me comfortable and relaxed. It is such a well run office! Also to note, my appointments were punctual which is something I appreciate greatly as well. Mostly, I would like to address how fantastic Dr. Steinberg is! I had 100 percent trust in him.
