Came to Dr Steinberg after being referred by Hyde Park Optometry. He diagnosed cataracts and we scheduled surgery for L eye and 2 weeks later did R eye. Some discomfort which was expected but was very pleased with the outcome. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Steinberg and his staff who I worked with were excellent.

They were very nice, eye doctors usually make me uncomfortable and anxious but I felt comfortable and safe.

When I realized that I needed to have my cataracts removed I felt a bit anxious. I knew that Dr. David Steinberg was an excellent doctor, but I have always been hypersensitive about my eyes. What if I couldn’t keep them open? What if I blinked? I went ahead and scheduled the surgery, and found that all my fears were just plain silly. The whole experience was great! The process went smoothly with no pain and very little discomfort. The recovery has been surprisingly quick. I would advise anyone who needs this surgery not to hesitate to contact Dr. Steinberg!
