I’ve been going here for many years for checkups, and they’re good. But what really rates 5 stars is that, after waffling for several years (I’m 70), I decided to jump in the deep end and have corrective lens replacement surgery in both eyes. I was tired of contact lenses and reading glasses. To be honest, I had high anxieties – this was my eyes, after all! Dr. Steinberg examined me several times to determine whether or not I was a good candidate and assured me I was. Long story short, the first operation went more quickly and smoothly than I could have imagined. I was awake and relaxed the whole short time, and the ease of it erased my fears. I had the second surgery some weeks later, and now I’ve got 20/20 vision in both eyes. I could not be more pleased.

Throughout the experience I was supported and cared for professionally and with expertise right from the initial exam, and on through the surgery coordinators, the support staff on the day of surgery, the doctor’s expertise and the follow up care.

Dr. Steinberg and the rest of the staff at Precision Eye & Laser are nothing short of specacular. I recently had cataract surgery and he was professional with a great demeanor. Unlike other eye surgeons, he does not use laser assisted methods as he is confident in his ability without the added out of pocket cost of the laser. Additionally, other providers barrage you with eye drops post surgery, but not Dr. Steinburg. Post surgery is drop free! In addtional to Dr Steinburg, is office staff are very friendly and helpful. In the days leading up to my procedure, I called the office and both Laura and Toni were accommodating to answering my concerns. Other practices rush you as but not Dr Steinburg or his staff. Everyone takes their time with you as if you are their only patient. Prior to my procedure by vision was border line 20/40 corrected with glasses, now my eye is 20/20 without glasses and still improving.

Dr Steinberg and his staff are awesome! I highly recommend them!! I heard stories of having to put drops in your eyes before cataract surgery, but with Dr Steinbergs procedure, I didn’t have do do any drops! They take care of everything!! I’ve worn glasses since I was in 3rd grade…. now none! What an amazing feeling to wake up in the morning and be able to see! Thank you Dr Steinberg!
